THE WEEK IN BRIEF: Legal news from the week commencing 30 August 2010.
- The Queensland Law Society hosted its annual Legal Educators Conference in Brisbane on Friday, 27 August. The conference focused on providing delegates with an update on the changes to legislation in the areas of family law, juvenile justice, legal reform, international law and criminal law. The Society is now seeking feedback from those who attended to ensure that future conference adequately meet their learning and development needs.
